RDC NEXT allows you to perfect your accounts List. Besides being able to update your accounts' data, you can now update the impact of your assigned and confirmed accounts!

How to update Impact?


As soon as you access RDC NEXT, you will see the Accounts list assigned to you by your company.

Select the Account that you wish to update

You will be taken to the HCP Account Profile.


Click on the UPDATE IMPACT Button

Select the account's new/correct impact.

Then click on SUBMIT to send your request.

Note: Update Impact Request has to be approved by both DM & SFE.

Accounts Pending GTS

Tip: stay on top of your game by always ensuring that you fill GTS for all your accounts on timely basis. 

If your company has the GTS feature enabled, you will not be able to update an account's impact if the account is pending GTS. As illustrated below, accounts pending GTS will show "GTS" label next to the account name, and the "update impact" button will be disabled. Once the GTS is completed for the account, you will be able to update the impact.
