So now that you have your accounts list ready, it is about time you ensure that your list composition matches your company's plan & strategy.

Specialty Distribution will help you check if you are on the right track and if your current list structure matches the company's targets in terms of the percentage of visits distribution for each assigned speciality.

To access your list's speciality distribution, simply click on "SPECIALITIES DISTRIBUTION" button at the top of the Accounts List view, as illustrated below:

You will be directed to the below view where you will be able to see a comparison of your current list distribution to the company's target for each speciality. From this view, you can tell whether your list is in line with the company's plan or off balance.

Note: The "current" percentages reflect the number of expected visits with respect to the impacts of each of the accounts in your list.

As shown in the above example, 60% of the reps' visits are for Cardiology specialists, while the company's target is 70%. This means that the rep needs to increase his visits by 10%.

The rep can improve the off balance by increasing accounts whose specialty is cardiology by 10% through Adding/Fetching cardiology accounts.

  • Current: Rep's total number of target visits per specialty ( with respect to each account's impact ) based on his/her current list.

  • Target: Target percentages for each speciality are set by your company. This will let you know if your list is compatible with the target you need to reach for the specialty.

  • Off-Balance: Shows the deviation percentage per speciality between you current list and the target list. This will show you if you amend your list by adding or removing accounts for each specialty to match your company's strategy.
