Welcome to RDC NEXT! Now it's time to create the perfect accounts list for you !
In this section, you will be able to view & manage all your accounts. This article will walk you through how you will be navigating your accounts list.
As soon as you access RDC NEXT, you will see the Accounts list view.
Over here, you will be able to update, remove, add, fetch accounts to your list , view each account profile details, and do much more !
There are several features that you need to know in ACCOUNTS, which will save you time searching for the accounts you need.
Sort
You can sort accounts by:
Type - Institution or Individual
Name of the HCP - Alphabetical Order ( a to z, z to a)
Specialty
Impact - Classification (A, B, C , D , or None)
Data Quality - measurement of the account's available data quality. The more information, the higher the meter.
Status - shows you if your request to add, remove, update has been confirmed, unconfirmed, denied, or pending.
Search Button
Search for the account you want using the search button on the top right. You can search for a specific name or you can be more general and search for accounts under a specific speciality.
Filter Button
The filter will help you find accounts in a faster way instead of having to scroll through the entire list.
You can filter accounts by impact, type, specialty, and pending GTS. With one click, you will be able to find what you're looking for.
Group by workplace
Yup, you can view accounts per workplace. In one click , you will be able to know all the HCPs that work in the hospital you will be visiting !
This will make it easier for you to know the number of doctors will you be visiting in this hospital or workplace. It will also help you manage your visits map, which workplace to prioritize, and the expected amount of time will you spending at that workplace.
Imagine if you don't have this feature, you will be doing visits back and forth to the same workplace for days. Instead, now RDC NEXT gives you the chance to make the best out of your time.
Specialities Distribution
By clicking on specialities distribution, you will get to view your current list composition vs. target list composition per speciality.
