So now that you are all set to go, the first thing you should check on RDC NEXT is your profile details. In this article, we will walk you through your profile section.
Whether you are a medical rep or a district manager, you can access your profile information by clicking on the profile icon shown below
You will be directed to this view where you will get to see the below 4 sections :
1) Your name, position, and Localities β will help you to know which are you handling.
2) The direct manager you're reporting to β will help you understand to whom should you report and direct any questions or concerns.
3) The product line you're responsible for β You should always know what products you are responsible for. Make sure to constantly check as the product line may change depending on the plan set by the company.
4) Your contact information ( phone and REVO ID)

- What if the localities assigned to me are not the same in Profile?
Kindly communicate this to your district manager and ask them to contact us directly through the official communication & support channel. Any configuration changes/edits requests must be communicated by your district manager.
- Who can change the localities assigned to me?
Your manager can request to update your assigned localities by contacting us directly through the official communication & support channel.
- What if my Product line changed?
Your manager will need to communicate to us the specific changes through the official communication & support channel for the new configurations to reflect accordingly.
