Take action! approve and deny requests.

Now that the medical reps started working on RDC NEXT and started sending you add, remove, and update requests, it's your turn to take action and respond!

This article will explain how to view all your team requests and respond to them in one place.

To view requests sent by your team, tap on the REQUESTS icon on RDC NEXT.

NOTE: If your team doesn't make any requests, the page will look like that

But, if your team started adding, removing, and updating requests, your page will look like that ; fruitful, right?

You can search for a request , and you can also, filter requests based on request type and status.

You can click on any request to view its details, approval timeline, and where it is pending.

Finally, you can take action by clicking on the above-mentioned options APPROVE or DENY.

When you tap on APPROVE or DENY, a confirmation pop-up will appear.

To confirm the action, click on the green button. To cancel the action, click on the red button.


NOTE: All requests require SFE Approval except for Update and Remove requests.
