All you need to know about managers RDC interface

Congratulations!

If you are reading this it means that you have been notified to access your RDC application.

As a District manager, a one-time use username and password will be shared with you to access your RDC interface.

You need to know 3 main buttons in order to understand how to find your way in RDC.

Dashboard: allow you to have an overview of your team's territory.
You will also get to view the requests shared by your team members.

The list gives you access to the lists of each team member. Clicking on any of your team members you will show all the assigned accounts and will inform you which contacts have already been confirmed.

Requests: You will be receiving requests from team members in your organization to add, update, or remove contacts from their lists.
