Several things make up E-Detailing on REVO including Slides, References, Tags, and Videos.

In order for them to be published, they need to be shared with the Revo team in the right format/ specs.

This is how REVO E-Detailing interface looks like for Medical Reps:

You will share the product folder logo which will be the main differentiator between each detail aid.

Once you click on the product folder logo, you will be directed to another interface that includes the cover thumbnail of the detail aids.

Eventually, when you click on the detail aid you will be able to see the slides which you put together for each product.

So, what is required in order to have your slides uploaded on ٍREVO?

1. Product Folder Logo Specs

Naming: ProductName_Logo.png
File Measurments: 407 x 204 Px
Format: .png
Color Mode: RGB

2. Detail Aid Cover Thumbnail Specs

Naming: PresentationName_Cover
File Measurements: 619 x 509 px
Format: .png
Color Mode: RGB

3. Detail Aid Slides Specs:

Main Slides, the traditional way of slides, look like this:

Slide Name: PresentationName_01 , 02, 03 etc
Measurements in pixels: 1920 x 1200 px
Resolution: 72 dpi
File Size: less than 1 Mb
Format: .jpg
Color Mode: RGB

How to deliver to us?

A folder contains the Product logo and The Detail aid thumbnail artwork.
A folder contains all the slides properly named as explained

TIPS:

Revo doesn't have any restrictions on the number of published slides per product.
Revo gives you the option of designing your slides Horizontally or vertically - what we call a bottomless slide.👇

- OPTIONAL - Bottomless Slides

Bottomless Slide (Vertical Slide) gives you the freedom of putting as much information as you would like in one slide without it being cluttered.

example: Let's assume that you would like slide number 5 to be Bottomless 2 slides because you want to add the study design for better easy navigation and better layout.

If all the above guidelines are respected, marketers should expect their Detail Aids to be published within 3 - 5 days.
